Not much is known about this American Brake Shoe Motor Bike.  We do know  about 4 that are in the hands of collectors. Cannot find any literature or pictures. It has a Villers engine with lighting coil & front brake. You squeeze the clutch handle & pedal to start. After the engine is running the centrifugal clutch takes over. When the engine is running you have to use of the manual clutch  for disengagement because of the discs used. Just the opposite of other motorbikes & scooters
